The Welfare Area Of Central Uusimaa And The Municipality Of Tuusula (Hereafter Collectively Procurement Unit) Are Requesting Participation Applications For The Procurement Of A Lease Agreement For A Food Kiosk As A Right-Of-Use Agreement. The Procurement Units Jointly Implement The Health And Safety Center Located In Tuusulas Hyrylä. It Is Planned To Place A Food Kiosk In The Future Health And Safety Center. This Is A Food Kiosk, Which Means That Food Can Be Sold In The Space, But The Space Is Not Reserved For Building Technology, For Example For A Hood Or Food/Preparation Kitchen. The Business Space Is Located On The 1St Floor Of The Social Security Center At Street Level, And The Size Of The Space Reserved For The Food Kiosk Is Approx. 50 M2. From The Shop There Is A Direct Connection To The Street In The Direction Of The Bus Station, And Via A Stairwell There Is A Connection Inside To The Main Area Of The Social Security Center. It Is Possible To Keep The Shop Open Even When The Rest Of The Health And Safety Services Are Closed, In Which Case Access To The Shop Takes Place Only From The Side Of The Bus Station. The Start-Up Of The Sote-Keskus And Liiketila Is Estimated In January-March 2029. The Lease Agreement Is To Be Concluded For A Fixed Period Of At Least Five (5) Years. The Duration Of The Lease Is Negotiated With The Candidates So That The Duration Would Cover The Selected Bidders Investments And Returns On Invested Capital. The Procurement Procedure Is A Competitive Negotiation Procedure In Accordance With The Procurement Act (1397/2016), Where The Procurement Unit Negotiates The Requirements For The Food Kiosk And The Terms Of The Lease Agreement With The Candidates Who Have Submitted An Application For Participation. All Candidates Who Have Submitted An Application For Participation Will Be Included In The Negotiation Procedure.
