Geology Services - Preparation Of Geotechnical Documentation For The Investment Entitled: Construction Of A Container Pier With Access Infrastructure Within The Sea And Land Parts, Together With The Eastern Casing Covering The Container Pier, In The Form Of A Breakwater As Part Of The Project Entitled: Pomerania Cape - Construction Of Sea And Land Access To The Deepwater Container Terminal In The External Port Of Świnoujście. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Geotechnical Documentation For The Investment Entitled: Construction Of A Container Pier With Access Infrastructure Within The Sea And Land Parts, Together With The Eastern Casing Protecting The Container Pier, In The Form Of A Breakwater As Part Of The Project Entitled: Pomerania Cape - Construction Of Sea And Land Access To The Deepwater Container Terminal In The External Port Of Świnoujście. The Detailed Scope Of The Service Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Agreement, Which Constitute Appendices To The Swz. Order Completion Date Required By The Ordering Party: Order Completion Date: 2 Months From Signing The Contract. Warranty And Guarantee Period: The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty And Quality Guarantee For A Period Of 24 Months For The Prepared Geotechnical Opinion. The Guarantee And Warranty Period Starts From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Agreement (Signing By The Parties Of The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol, Which Will Show That The Subject Of The Agreement Was Accepted Without Any Significant Reservations). The Contractor Shall Be Liable Under The Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Agreement Under The Terms Specified In The Civil Code. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Warranty And Guarantee Are Specified In § 4 Of The Draft Agreement. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Contractor To Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Who Conduct Business Activities And Have Their Registered Office Or Place Of Residence In Countries Other Than Member States Of The European Union And Other Than Countries That Are Parties To The Agreement On Government Procurement Of The World Trade Organization Or Parties To Other International Agreements Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, To Which The European Union Is A Party, Hereinafter Referred To As Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements; Nor That The Subcontractor Entrusted The Performance Of Part Of The Contract To Further Subcontractors From Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements; Nor That The Contractor Performs This Contract Using Supplies Or Services Originating From Third Countries Not Parties To International Agreements.
