There Is A Need For Support, Accompaniment And Control With Regard To The Creation Of Consistent Management Systems In The Three Subject Areas Of Data Protection, Information Security And Business Continuity Management. Here Also In The Area Of Processes And Measures. All Measures Should Fundamentally Serve To Implement Legal, Technical, Organizational, Internal And External Requirements. Synergies Must Be Created In The Three Thematic Areas Mentioned So That A Holistic Approach Can Be Implemented To Achieve The Overall Goals. The Peine District Should Be Set Up In The Areas Of Data Protection, Information Security And Business Continuity Management (Bcm) In Such A Way That Management Systems Are Established That Comply With The General Specifications And Requirements (Gdpr As Well As Bsi And Other Relevant Normative Requirements). The Measures And Processes Should Be Preventive And Reactive In Nature. The Resilience Of The Local Government To Current And Future Hazards And Threats Should Be Able To Develop Dynamically In Order To Be Able To, At Best, Be In A Position To Keep The Extent Of Damage As Low As Possible In The Event Of An Incident. The Management Systems Must Be Designed And Developed In Such A Way That They Are Oriented Towards The Protection Goals And Resilience Requirements That Are Crucial For The Operation Of Critical Infrastructures. This Includes In Particular Requirements For Availability, Integrity, Resilience And The Ability To Restart And Respond To Crises Of Essential Municipal Processes And Information Processing Systems, Even Under Exceptional And Crisis-Like Conditions. The Maintenance Of Citizen Services, Including The Maintenance Of The Local Governments Ability To Work And Respond, As Well As The Continuation Of Digitalization Should Fundamentally Be In Line With The Respective Measures In The Named Subject Areas. In This Case, The Peine District Intends To Pursue Future-Oriented Procurement. Scope And Structure Of Service Provision: 1. Gap Analysis (Analysis Phase): At The Beginning Of The Collaboration, A One-Off, Comprehensive Gap Analysis Is Carried Out. This Serves As A Diagnostic Inventory In Which The Current Implementation Status (Ist) In The Areas Of Data Protection, Information Security And Bcm Is Compared With The Normative And Legal Requirements (Target). The Aim Is To Systematically Identify All Gaps, Missing Processes And Unclear Responsibilities. The Result Is A Well-Founded Report With Concrete, Prioritized Recommendations For Action, Which Serves As A Binding Roadmap For The Subsequent Development Phase. 2. Development Of The Management Systems (Development Phase): Based On The Results Of The Gap Analysis, The Central Project Phase Follows, In Which The Identified Gaps Are Closed.
