A Future-Proof, Scalable System Is To Be Introduced That Also Meets The Future Requirements For Digital Delivery Channels (E.G. Eudi Wallet) By Integrating The Bundid And Observing The Eidas Regulation. Based On The Annual Evaluation For 2025, An Annual Letter Mail Volume Of Currently Around 300,000 Printed Items Of Different Sizes (Standard, Compact, Large, Maxi) Can Be Assumed. This Includes Around 15,000 Postal Delivery Orders (Pza) And 15,000 Registered Letters (300 Abroad). This Means That A Daily Outgoing Mail Volume Of 1,500 Printed Items Can Currently Be Assumed, Assuming Around 200 Working Days Per Calendar Year. As Part Of The Further Digitalization Of The Processes Of Sending And Applying For Benefits For Citizens By The District Administration, The Aim Is To Use The Eudi Wallet. In This Context, Flexible Scalability Of Paper Mail Volumes Must Be Ensured At All Times.
