Software Package And Information Systems – Framework Contract Procurement Of Microsoft Software Products In Accordance With The Bmi Select Plus Contract. The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is The Procurement Of Usage Rights (Licenses), Software Maintenance In The Form Of Software Assurance (Sa) And Licenses Including Sa (L&Sa) From The Licensor Microsoft. The Microsoft Select Plus Contract Between The Federal Republic Of Germany, Represented By The Federal Ministry Of The Interior, And Microsoft Runs Until May 31, 2028. It Is Intended To Continue This Select-Plus Contract During The Term Of This Trading Partner Contract In The Event Of An Extension Of The Conditions. Alternatively, It Is Intended To Continue An Appropriate Succession Plan. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver And License All Products And Services From The Select-Plus Contract Model Valid At The Time The Contract Is Concluded. Products And Services From The Manufacturer Microsoft From Other Contract Models, E.G. Enterprise Agreement And Server And Cloud Enrollment, Are Not The Subject Of This Contract. In Accordance With The Current Mbsa Applicable Between Microsoft And The Federal Republic Of Germany, The Client Is Entitled To Join Or Register Under The Applicable Terms And Conditions Agreements Between Microsoft And The Federal Republic Of Germany. The Client And The Beneficiaries Are Ready For Such Registration. All Software Ordered Must Be Activated For Each Product Using Key Management Service (Kms) And, If Available From Microsoft, Using Multiple Activation Key (Mak).
