The Target Is The New Construction Project Of The Construction Of Three Student Apartment Buildings And Two Courtyard Warehouses Built By The Turku Student Village Foundation (Tys). There Will Be A Total Of 155 Student Apartments In The Residential Buildings. The Turku Student Village Foundation Acts As The Builder/Customer/User. The Procurement Includes The New Construction Project Of Buildings 1 (A), 2 (B) And 3 (C) Of The Turku Ylioppilaskyläsäätiö (Tys) Student Housing Site Kylänkulma Ii As A Fixed-Price Total Responsibility Contract (Kvr) In The Scope Of The Tender Documents. The Contract Includes The Construction Of Buildings And Yard Areas In Accordance With The Customers Tender Request And Contract Documents. In Addition, The Existing Daycare Building (With Furniture) And The Fences, Trees, Tennis Court And Similar Structures In The Construction Area Will Be Demolished. The Shelter In The Basement Of The Daycare Building Will Be Kept And It Will Be Used As A Movable Storage Facility By Tys Residents Even During The Construction Period. The Technical Space On The 1St Floor Will Remain In Its Former Place, The Space Will Be Made Into A Warm Space. In Addition, The Sewer Pipes Of The Shelter And The Water And Heat Insulation Of The Walls And Upper Floor Will Be Renewed. The Project Will Be Implemented As A Fixed-Price Total Responsibility Contract (Kvr) In Such A Way That The Main And Architectural Design Comes From The Client, All Other Design Areas Necessary To Implement The Project Come From The Contractor. The Contract Includes Construction And Building Engineering Works, As Well As The Completion Of The Plans, Master Drawings And Work And Implementation Plans According To The Request For Tenders, Based On Reference Base Studies, Reference Plans And Design Instructions, Based On The Initial Data, In Accordance With The Contract Documents. Planning Is Carried Out Using Information Modeling. The Kvr Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And As The Legally Responsible Executor.
