Construction Work – Complete Renovation Of The Old Student Residence At Zografou University Of Technology, With Ppp. The Purpose Of The Project Is The Study (Preparation Of Any Additional Studies, Updating Of Existing Ones On Demand, Etc.), Financing, Reconstruction, Operation And Technical Management/Maintenance, As Well As The Provision Of Security/Guarding And Cleaning Services Of The Old Student Residence In The Zografou Polytechnic Campus Of The National Technical University Of Athens. Through The Implementation Of The Project, The Contracting Authority Aims To Modernize The Existing Catering And Catering Infrastructure That Will Allow Safe And Quality Accommodation For Students And Academic Staff. In Summary, Ifs Undertakes: (A) To Prepare The Studies Necessary For The Construction Of The Project, Based On The Applicable Environmental Conditions, And To Ensure The Timely Issuance Of All The Permits And Approvals Provided For By The Written Provisions, (B) The Construction Of The Building Infrastructures And The Renovation And Shaping Of The Surrounding Area, As Well As The Supply Of Equipment, In Order For The Above Infrastructures And Areas To Be Fully Available For Exploitation And Use For The Intended Purpose, (C) To Execute The Technical Project Fully, On Time And Properly, In Accordance With The Rules Of Science And Art And According To The Highest Professional And Quality Standards, (D) To Finance The Project With Own And/Or Loan Funds, (E) The Technical Management/Maintenance Throughout The Duration Of The Partnership Agreement, Which Consists, In Particular, Of The Inspection, The Usual, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Heavy Maintenance, Cleanliness, Waste Management And Ensuring The Hygiene Of The Building And Other Facilities And Infrastructure Systems, The Daily Technical Operation And Supervision Of The Readiness And Capacity For Operation Of The Facilities And Systems Of The Building Infrastructure And The Surrounding Area, So That The Project Is Completely Suitable And Available, (F) The Insurance Of The Building And Other Facilities And Infrastructure Systems That Constitute Subject Of The Partnership Agreement, Both During The Design And Construction Phase, As Well As During The Operation Phase, (G) Ensuring The Safeguarding Of The Building And Other Facilities And Infrastructure Systems That Will Be The Subject Of The Partnership Agreement During The Operation Phase And Throughout The Duration Of The Partnership Agreement, Subject To The Provisions Of The Existing Legislation On The Protection Of The Personality And Personal Data Of The Members Of The Educational Community, And (H) To Return The Project To Public In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Partnership Agreement At The End Of The Contractual Period, In Return For The Payment Of Availability Payments During The Period Of Operation Of The Project.
