Subscription Services – Books & Subscriptions. Delivery And Management Of All Professional Literature (Digital And On Paper), Daily And Weekly Newspapers, One-Off Publications And E-Books, All In Accordance With The Schedule Of Requirements Included In A Separate Appendix To The Tender Guidelines. Management Means The Complete Administrative And Financial Management Of All Subscriptions To Dutch And Foreign Magazines, Loose-Leaf Systems, Digital Publications, Books, Etc. The Contractor Must Be Able To Take Care Of The Delivery And Total Care, Including Handling All Other Associated Administrative Actions Regarding Professional Literature. The Figures Below Give An Indication Of The Expected Total Decrease, No Rights Can Be Derived From Them. The Expected Costs Are Approximately € 350,000.00 Per Year. The Municipality Has No Purchase Obligation And Does Not Provide A Turnover Guarantee. The Municipality Does, However, Cap The Total Size/Value Of This Assignment (Initial Term Incl. Extension Options) At €455,000.00.
