Work Detail
Central Heating Installation Work – Gs Eds, House 6 - Heating. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Heating And Cooling Distribution Systems For Building 6, Including All Necessary Components For Integration Into A Central Energy Generation System In Building 3. Building 6 Is Heated And Cooled Via A Non-Reversible Heat Pump Installed In Building 3, Which Provides Both Heating And Cooling Output. A Geothermal Probe Or Surface Collector System With A Water/Glycol Mixture Serves As The Heat Source. In Addition To The Heat Pump, The Energy Generation In Building 3 Includes A Heating And Cold Storage Tank (Approx. 1,100 L Each), Hydraulic Distributors, System Separations And Associated Auxiliary Units Such As Pressure Maintenance, Degassing And Make-Up. The System Is Hydraulically Divided Into A Brine Circuit And Separate Heating And Cooling Networks, Each With 100% Water. Media Separation Takes Place Via Plate Heat Exchangers. The Heating And Cooling Energy Generated In Building 3 Is Transported To Building 6 Via Underground Pipes. In Building 6, All Facilities For Further Distribution, Control At Consumer Level And The Transfer Stations Are Part Of The Service. There Are No Plans To Generate Our Own Energy. The Heat And Cold In Building 6 Is Mainly Provided Via Comprehensive Underfloor Heating Systems That Are Designed For Heating And Cooling Operation. The System Is Operated As A Change-Over System, With The Switch Between Heating And Cooling Mode Taking Place Centrally. The Typical Design Temperatures Are Approx. 35/28 °C In Heating Mode And Approx. 18/25 °C In Cooling Mode. In Addition, Natural Ventilation Is Planned, Which Is Implemented Via Stairwell Towers In The North And South. Air/Water Heat Exchangers Are Integrated Into These, Which Are Used To Condition The Air And Recover Heat. The Supply Air Is Treated In The Southern Stairwell Via Heat Recovery And, If Necessary, Thermally. The Exhaust Air In The Northern Staircase Is Also Used For Energy And Integrated Into The Overall System. The Hydraulic Connection Of The Air/Water Heat Exchangers Makes It Possible To Use Energy Flexibly In Conjunction With The Heat Pump, Depending On The Operating Status And Season. The Higher-Level Building Automation, Including The Control Of The Entire System (E.G. Change-Over Switching, Pump Control, Heat Exchanger Integration), Is Not Part Of The Procurement, As This Is Carried Out On Site. The Services Therefore Include In Particular: - Heating And Cooling Distribution In Building 6 - Integration Of The Underground Connecting Pipes - Installation Of The Distribution And Control Components At System Level - Integration Of The Underfloor Heating And Cooling Systems - Integration Of The Air/Water Heat Exchangers In The Hydraulic System The Aim Is To Establish An Energy-Efficient, Sustainable And Operationally Reliable Heating And Cooling Supply For Building 6 Using Renewable Energy
