Repair And Maintenance Services Of Central Heating – Temporary Contract For The Operation, Maintenance And Repair Of District Heating Systems. The Scope Of Services Is The Operation, Maintenance And Repair Of 182 District Heating Systems For The Central Heating And Hot Water Supply Of 11,666 Residential And Commercial Units With Approx. 792,400 M² Of Connected Living And Usable Space Of The Ag, Mainly In Mitte, Reinickendorf, Charlottenburg, Steglitz, Spandau And Falkensee. The Services Concern The District Heating Stations And Associated System Components; The Heating Pipe Networks And Radiators In The Rental Units Are Not Part Of The Contract. The Maintenance Service Component (E.G. Repairs To District Heating Stations, Pumps, Fittings, Etc.) Only Affects Services Up To A Gross Amount Of Eur 2,500 Per Individual Case. The Client Generally Arranges For Individual Measures That Go Beyond This To Be Carried Out After A Corresponding Additional Tender.
