Construction Work For Buildings Relating To Leisure, Sports, Culture, Lodging And Restaurants – Remodeling And Extension Motala Swimming Hall. Motala Municipality Is Planning An Extensive Remodeling And Extension Of The Swimming Pool In Motala. Motala Swimming Pool Is A Municipal Swimming Facility In Motala That Offers Exercise Swimming, Play And Various Water Activities For All Ages. There Is A 25-Meter Pool With Six Lanes As Well As A Smaller, Warmer Pool For Play And Beginners, Complete With Jumping Tower, Trampoline And Play Areas. The Facility Is Used For Swimming Schools, Teaching And Association Activities, But Also Houses A Relaxation Area And Other Activities Linked To Health And Leisure. The Swimming Pool Was Inaugurated In 1970 And Is Motalas Only Indoor Pool, But Today Is In Need Of Extensive Renovation And The Plan Is To Rebuild It And Develop It For Future Needs. During The Construction Period, The Swimming Pool Will Have Ongoing Operations, But Some Closure May Be Required. The Construction Work Must Be Planned Efficiently And Wisely In Collaboration With The Assigned Contractor So That Ongoing Operations Can Function Continuously And Without Disruption. The Municipality Is Planning A Collaborative Contract, Where The Procurement Will Take Place In The Spring Of 2026, Where Tenders Will Be Received Before The Holidays. Final Qualification And Evaluation Will Take Place During The Middle/End Of August 2026. The Collaboration Agreement Is Expected To Be Signed With The Assigned Contractor At The Beginning Of September 2026. Then Phase 0 Of The Project Will Begin. Estimated Total Construction Time Of 36 Months. The Customer Intends To Carry Out The Project As A Turnkey Contract In Collaboration To Achieve A Cost-Effective And Functional Overall Solution.
