Miscellaneous Services – Framework Agreement Carpentry Service. The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Cover The Contracting Authority ́S Need For Joinery Services. The Procurement Includes, Among Other Things, The Following Services: • Maintenance And Oncoming Work • Major Planned Maintenance Jobs And Projects • Emergency Repairs There Will, However, Also Be Included With The Delivery Of Some Material, As In Many Cases It Will Be Appropriate That The Tenderer Has The Material Necessary For The Execution Of The Actual Assignment. Although The Procurement Comprises Some Material, Emphasis Is Put On The Fact That This Contract Does Not Give Any Exclusiveness On The Delivery Of Such Material, And That The Contracting Authority Is Not Otherwise Obliged To Procure Materials From The Service Provider. The Contracting Authority Is, Thus, Free To Purchase Materials From Our Other Framework Agreements And Still Use The Contract Supplier For Work That Shall Be Carried Out Without Mark-Up In The Agreed Prices For Work.
