This Portal Should Be As Modular As Possible With Digital Components So That It Can Later Be Supplemented With Additional Functions And Elements. In A First Phase, This Procurement Includes The Construction Of The Portal With The Central Identity And Access Management And The First Service, The Mailbox Application. Implementation Must Take Place By The First Quarter Of 2028 At The Latest. In Addition, The Client Expects That The Provider Can Ensure The Operation, Maintenance, Support And Further Development Of The Portal Together With The Providers Infrastructure Provider As An External Service Provider. The Provider Takes On All Necessary Implementation Tasks For Technical And Professional Requirements And Works Together With The Clients Specialists And The Clients Infrastructure Provider.
