Construction Work – Engineering For Upgrading And Increasing The Scope Of The Centralized Traffic Management System (Tcms) In The City Of Burgas. The Subject Of This Order Is Engineering For Upgrading And Increasing The Scope Of The Centralized Traffic Control System (Cts) In The City Of Burgas. The Order Is Carried Out In Connection With The Need To Implement: Activity 4 Modernization Of Traffic Control Systems As A Prerequisite For Increasing Road Safety Under Project Bg16ffpr003-1.001-0058 Intelligent Urban Infrastructure For Sustainable Transport And Road Safety In Municipality Of Burgas With Beneficiary Municipality Of Burgas Under Procedure Through Direct Provision Of Grant Bg16ffpr003-1.001 Support For Integrated Urban Development In The 10 Urban Municipalities - Main Centers Of Growth, Operational Program Development Of The Regions (2021-2027). The Implementation Of This Project Is Related To The Employers Aspiration To Upgrade What Has Been Achieved In Traffic Management In Burgas, At The Hardware Level, As Well As To Provide New Opportunities For Digitizing Traffic Management Processes And Gradually Introducing Processing Of Transport Data With Artificial Intelligence. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Works: - Preparation Of The Technical Design Of The Isut Upgrade In Terms Of Scope And Functionality, Technical Investment Projects, As Well As Providing Author Supervision. - Interventions To Upgrade The Scope Of The System At The Hardware, Software And Logical Levels, Including Works At Intersections And Strategic Locations - Different In Volume And Type, With The Aim Of Upgrading The Traffic Management System, Ensuring Communication Connectivity By Building The Necessary Network Infrastructure, Power Supply And Optical Connections; Integration At The Logical Level Of The New Intersections And Locations With The Burgas City Transport And Communications Center; Installation And Integration Of Additional Video Detectors For Strategic Road Locations; Integration Of Sensors And Additional Equipment For Monitoring The Environment And Road Conditions, Warranty And Operational Support For The Duration Of The Contract. - Upgrade Of The Traffic System With Functionality For Exporting Large Databases, With The Aim Of Subsequent Traffic Modeling And Their Use In Analytical Models Processed With Artificial Intelligence. The System Will Continue To Process Data In Real Time To Optimize The Management Of Traffic Flows. It Will Provide An Opportunity To Provide Priority In Addition To Public Transport And Emergency Vehicles (Ambulance, Fire, Civil Protection, Etc., If The Latter Have Their Own Equipment Compatible With The System). - Providing Remote Access Via Tablets For Traffic Police, Ukors And Technical Support Teams. - Supply And Setup Of Licensed Traffic Modeling And Management Software, Including Creation Of A City Transport Model. The Transport Model Is A Digital Representation Of Mobility For A Certain Territory.
