This Framework Agreement Provides For The Development Of A Sustainable Software Solution To Which Flemish Authorities Can Subscribe. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Participant. With This Framework Agreement, The Contracting Authority Is Looking For A Partner Who Is Responsible For The Development, Implementation And Maintenance Of The Software Solution At Flemish Cities And Municipalities And Other Flemish Public Institutions.
