Buses And Coaches – Purchase Of A School Bus To Transport Students To Educational Institutions Run By The Uniejów Commune As Part Of The Buses For Schools From The Łódź Province Project. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New School Bus, Manufactured No Older Than 2025, Approved And Compliant With Applicable Regulations And Technical Conditions For School Buses, Intended For Transporting Children And Adolescents To Schools, Including Children With Disabilities From The Uniejów Commune. 2. The Description Of The Minimum Technical Requirements, Equipment And Documentation For The School Bus Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Addition, The Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In This Specification Of Terms Of Order Together With The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 3. The Offered School Bus Should Be Approved For Trading In The Territory Of Poland And Adapted To Traffic On Public Roads In The Territory Of Poland, And In Particular It Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulations, In Particular: 3.1. Act Of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), 3.2. Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended); 3.3. Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of November 8, 2024 On The Registration And Marking Of Vehicles, Requirements For License Plates And Templates Of Other Documents Related To Vehicle Registration (Journal Of Laws, Item 1709, As Amended); 3.4. Act Of December 21, 2000 On Technical Supervision (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1194). 3.5. No Later Than On The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Bus Approval Certificate And A Decision Of The Office Of Technical Inspection Authorizing The Operation Of An Elevator For People With Disabilities Intended For The Transport Of People In Wheelchairs, Regarding The Model Installed In The Delivered Bus. 4. The Order Is Co-Financed From The Budget Of The Łódź Voivodeship As Part Of The Buses For Schools In The Łódź Voivodeship Project. The Delivered Bus Should Be Marked With The Logo Of The Łódź Voivodeship. The Marking Should Be Placed In Accordance With The Marking Template Attached To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In A Way That Ensures Good Visibility And Recognition Of The Logos, Without Their Distortions, With The Size Of The Marking Proportionally Adapted To The Size Of The Purchased Bus. 5. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 24-Month Mechanical Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order, Including The Paint Coating And Electrical And Electronic Assemblies And Subassemblies, Mechanisms Including The Running Gear, Including The Elevator For People With Disabilities Intended For The Transport Of People In Wheelchairs (Hereinafter Referred To As The Elevator), As Well As For All Bus Components - Regardless Of Whether They Were Manufactured By The Contractor Or By Third Parties - For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months.
