The Contracting Authority Is Looking To Award A Contract To A Single Supplier To Operate A Concessionary Catering Service. Only Those Tenderers Who Demonstrate The Required Professional Capability To Meet The Necessary Qualitative Criteria Will Be Considered. The Contract Will Be Awarded To The Successful Service Provider For 2 Years With An Option To Extend For 2 Years Subject To A Maximum Of 1 Such Extension, Subject To Satisfactory Performance And Business Needs. The Key Customers Of The Service Will Be Students And Staff. There Are Approximately 950 Students And Approximately 80 Staff On Campus. It Is Anticipated That Approximately 450 Students And 20 Staff Will Avail Of This Service, But There Is No Guarantee As To The Numbers Who Will Use The Facility. The Canteen Can Only Accommodate Seating For 200 People But The School Has Staggered Lunch Times (X2).
