Gribskov Municipality Is Obliged To Ensure That Citizens Living At Home Who Have Been Inspected By The Citizens Program According To Section 10 Of The Elderly Act Have The Right To Freely Choose Between Two (2) Or More Suppliers. Gribskov Municipality Has Chosen To Organize This Free Choice By Entering Into A Framework Agreement With Up To Two (2) Private Suppliers. Gribskov Municipality Provides Corresponding Citizens Courses And Interventions As A Municipal Supplier. Citizens Can Choose To Have Citizen Courses And Interventions Delivered By The Municipal Supplier Or One Of The Private Suppliers. After The Tender, There Will Thus Be Expected To Be Three (3) Suppliers Of The Task Solution. The Prices That Are The Basis For Settlement By The Private Supplier(S) Are Made Up Of The Prices Submitted By The Winning Tenderer(S). The Municipal Supplier Will, Regardless Of The Outcome Of The Tender, Be Settled At A Price That Reflects The Municipal Supplier Companys Average, Long-Term Costs Of Producing And Delivering The Covered Citizen Courses And Interventions. When Visiting, The Citizen Will Have To Choose Which Supplier Will Carry Out The Citizens Program. Based On The Citizens Free Choice, Ordregivers Visitation Orders The Performance Of The Task From The Supplier Chosen By The Citizen. It Is Therefore Not Possible To Guarantee The Supplier A Minimum Turnover On The Framework Agreement, As All Or Part Of The Turnover Can Go To The Municipal Supplier Or The Other Of The Two (2) Private Suppliers. Those Citizens Who, At The Time Of The Execution Of The Tender, Have Been Searched And Use A Private Supplier, Must Make A Choice Between The Two (2) Private Suppliers Who Win The Tendered Framework Agreement.
