Using The Catering Infrastructure In Eip, Eic, Ec, Ic, Icn And Tlk Category Trains Indicated By The Ordering Party, Running As Part Of The Timetable, 2) Providing Services At The Ordering Partys Request In The Preparation And Distribution Of Refreshments Included In The Ticket Price To Passengers Traveling On Eip And Eic Category Pkp Intercity Trains Indicated By The Ordering Party, Running As Part Of The Timetable, 3) Providing Services In The Field Of Preparation And Providing Meals Included In The Ticket Price To Passengers Traveling In First Class On Pkp Intercity Trains Of The Eip Category, Running As Part Of The Timetable, 4) Providing Services In The Field Of Preparation And Serving Of Emergency Meals And Promotional Meals On Pkp Intercity Trains Of The Eip, Eic, Ic, Tlk And Icn Categories Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Which The Service Described In Point 1) Above Is Provided, 5) Providing Services Of Free Emergency Refreshments To Passengers Traveling On Pkp Intercity Trains Of The Eip, Eic, Ic, Tlk And Icn Categories, In Which The Service Described In Point 1) Above Is Provided, 6) Providing Travelers With The Possibility Of Using The Service Of Door-To-Door Sales Of Food Products (Except For Alcoholic Beverages) On Pkp Intercity Trains Of The Eic, Ic And Tlk Categories Indicated By The Ordering Party, On Designated By The Ordering Party The Ordering Party In Sections, 7) Providing On-Board Service Services To Passengers Traveling On Pkp Intercity Trains Of The Eip Category In The First Class, In Which The Service Described In Point 1) Above Is Provided, 8) Providing Services In The Preparation And Distribution Of Refreshments To Employees Traveling On Pkp Intercity Trains Of The Eip Category, In Which The Service Described In Point 1) Above Is Provided, 9) Delivery To The Plants Pkp Intercity S.A. Sweet Bar Snacks, The Type Of Which Corresponds To The Emergency Assortment, Intended For Marketing Purposes: Winter Campaign - During The Holidays And Summer Campaign - During The Holidays Or Other Marketing Campaigns Conducted By The Ordering Party. Information About A Given Action Will Be Provided Each Time On The Basis Of The Declaration Of The Ordering Partys Coordinator, Which Will Indicate Precise Guidelines And Implementation Deadlines. Orders Will Be Placed Directly By Zakłady Pkp Intercity S.A., 10) Determining The Necessary Scope Of Cooperation With The Contractor On The Part Of The Ordering Party In Order To Enable The Contractor To Provide The Above Services In The Manner And On The Terms Specified In The Provisions Of The Agreement.
