The Change Has Intensified The Threat Climate And Forces Special Preparation. Due To This Change In The Security Environment And Climate, The City Of Oulu Tightens The Processing And Sharing Of Security, Preparedness And Maintenance Security-Sensitive Information In Its Acquisitions In Order To Protect The Safety Of The Population And The National Critical Infrastructure Owned And Controlled By The Municipality That Guarantees The Safety Of The Population. This Also Includes Physical Access To Critical Infrastructure. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Preparatory Construction Work Related To The Expansion Of The New Surface Water Plant To Be Built In Hinta. The Goal Of The Acquisition Is To Secure Oulu
