The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Passenger Transport Services On The Route Ul. Fiołkowa 38, Wrocław – Ul. Avicenny 21, 50-900 Wrocław, Ul. Avicenna 21, 50-900 Wrocław – Ul. Fiołkowa 38 Wrocław On Weekdays In Accordance With The Bus Timetable Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract. With The Assumption That The Vehicle Will Be Delivered In Advance To The Zk Office (At Least 30 Minutes Before The Start Of Work); Departure From Wer Approx. 15 Minutes After Finishing Work. The Order In Question Includes An Estimated Maximum Number Of Courses Of 827 In Total, Divided Into The Basic Order 80% - 662 Courses To Be Completed, Option Law Order 20% - 165 Courses. The Course Is Understood As A One-Way Journey, I.E. There Are 6 Trips During A Working Day. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right If The Contractor Fulfills The Obligation Within 5 Months Specified In The Contract In The Amount Of 620 Journeys On The Zk-Wer Or Wer-Zk Route Within The Scope Of The Basic Order In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Providing The Non-Scheduled Passenger Transport Service Starting From July 1, 2026, For A Period Of 6 Months From The Date Of Commencement Of The Service.
