Information Technology Services – Sap S/4Hana Utilities Migration. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Comprehensive Transformation Of The Erp System Landscape Of Dortmunder Energie- Und Wasserbedarf Gmbh (Dew21). The Project Includes The Technical Conversion From Sap Is-U To S/4Hana As Well As The Process Transformations Driven By Sap S/4Hana Best Practices. The Aim Of The Tender Is To Find A Suitable Service Provider Who Will Ensure The Successful Implementation Of The Migration And Sustainably Support The Modernization Of The Billing System Landscape. After A Thorough Review, The Scope Of The Tender Was Also Expanded To Include Additional Components Of The Existing It Ecosystem, In Particular Related Components Such As Sap Crm (As Well As Other Relevant Peripheral Systems/Interfaces In The Billing And Customer Process Context). The Goal Of The Migration Is To Consistently Follow The “Standard First” Principle And To Primarily Focus On The Standard Functions Of Sap S/4Hana Utilities. This Is Intended To Sustainably Reduce System Complexity, Maintenance Effort And Risks. The New Target Platform Is Intended To Enable A Consistent 360-Degree Customer View, So That All Relevant Information On, For Example, Customers, Contracts, Metering Points, Billing And Contacts Is Available Centrally, Consistently And Up-To-Date. Media-Free, System-Supported End-To-End Processes Should Be Established Along The Entire Customer Life Cycle In Order To Increase Transparency, Efficiency And Service Quality. Another Central Goal Is The Close Integration Of Sales, Customer Service And Billing On A Uniform Database, So That Changes To Tariffs Or Contracts Are Automatically And Consistently Effective In Billing And Customer Communication. Overall, The Migration Is Intended To Create A Modern, Integrated, Future-Proof And Cost-Efficient Billing Platform That Supports The More Flexible Introduction Of New Products And Services.
