Location: Kigali Deadline: Monday, 18/05/2026 17:00 Irembo Ltd is a technology company in the gov-tech and fin-tech spaces that designs and develops digital products focused on users in Africa, starting with Rwanda. Irembo started operations in 2014 with a mission to lead the digitization of government services in Rwanda. As the organization continues to scale, Irembo seeks to engage a qualified and independent consultant (Individual or Firm) to conduct a comprehensive Organizational Culture Assessment. The objective of this engagement is to provide a system-level diagnosis of our current organizational dynamics, helping us better understand our environment, values, and norms, and how these can further catalyze employee engagement and performance. The selected partner will deliver an end-to-end assessment, identify institutional strengths and gaps, and provide recommendations aligned with Irembos growth ambitions. Interested bidders must demonstrate proven expertise in organizational development, culture transformation, or institutional diagnostics, and should have experience working with high-growth technology companies.
