The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1.1. Construction Works In The Field Of Architecture And Construction Of Structures, Including: - Preparatory And Organizational Works; - Demolition And Cleaning Works; - Earthworks And Foundation Works; - Masonry And Construction Works; - Finishing Works Inside And Outside The Building. 1.2. Construction Works In The Electrical Industry, Including: - Preparatory Works; - Internal Power Supply; - Installation Of Plug Sockets And Device Power Supply; - Lighting Installation; - Low-Current Installation; - Sound System Installation; - Lightning Protection Installation; - Installation Of An Interactive Monitor.1.3. Construction Works In The Sanitary Industry, Including: - Execution Of Works Outside The Building; - Construction Of Under-Floor Sewage Systems; - Construction Of Sanitary Sewage; - White Installation; - Construction Of Water Supply Installation; - Installation Of Central Heating; - Relocation Of Ventilation; - Installation Of Air Conditioning; - Connection Of A Coffee Machine.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Set Out In: Annex No. 1 - Construction Design Including: - Detailed Design For Architecture - Detailed Design For The Electrical Industry, Part 1 - Detailed Design For The Electrical Industry, Part 2 - Detailed Sanitary Design - Detailed Design Of Structures - Project Agreement Card - Map For Design Purposes Annex No. 2 - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Annex No. 3 - Bill Of Quantities (Auxiliary) Annex No. 4 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Photographic Documentation Annex No. 5 - Draft Contract Of The Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Annex To The Swz Should Be Treated As An Additional Element, Only Facilitating The Preparation Of The Offer. Bills Of Quantities Cannot Constitute The Only Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract. Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature, Facilitating The Preparation Of An Offer.
