Kdd Wants The Evaluation To Describe And Analyze Any Differences In Development Between Merged And Non-Merged Municipalities. A Central Point In The Evaluation Will Be To Be Able To Say Something About Whether Any Effects Can Be Explained By Municipal Mergers, Or Whether They Can Be Explained By Other Conditions Such As, For Example, Changed National And International Framework Conditions And Events. The Final Delivery Deadline For The Agreement Is 1 November 2028. Estimated Value For The Acquisition Is Up To Nok 4,000,000 Excl. Vat The Estimate Is Not Binding On The Client.
