Salo Citys Sports Services (Hereafter Procurement Unit / Customer) Requests Bids For The Construction Of The Tupur Skate Park In Accordance With This Request For Bids And The Documents Attached To It. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Construction Of The Tupur Skatepark Located At Iltaruskonrinne 2. The Contract Includes The Design And Construction Of The Skate Park In Accordance With This Call For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Contract Must Be Completed And Received By December 31, 2026. The Form Of The Contract Is A Complete Contract, Including All Necessary Work Phases, Planning, Materials, Equipment And Other Necessary Deliverables Required To Complete The Work. The Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor Of The Site And As The Main Executor As Intended By The Legislation, As Well As The Contractor Responsible For Site Services And Site Management Duties With All Related Obligations. In This Case, The Comparison Basis For The Overall Economic Benefit Is The Best Price-Quality Ratio, Where The Weighting Of Quality Is 100%, I.E. 100 Points, I.E. The Offers Are Evaluated Only On The Basis Of Quality. The Qualitative Criteria For Evaluating Bids Are Presented In This Request For Bids And Its Appendix 1 (Appendix 1 Evaluation And Scoring Of Bids). The Fixed Total Price Of The Acquisition Is A Maximum Of 225,000 Euros (Vat 0%). Therefore, The Price Cannot Be Compared. With Its Bid, The Bidder Undertakes To Plan And Implement The Entire Acquisition For The Fixed Total Price In Question As Described In This Request For Bids And Its Appendices.
