The Purpose Of The Procurement Contract Is To Procure For The Customer One (1) New Tracked Excavator, Which Must Be New And Unused And Must Be Suitable For Digging Graves In The Church And Kappel Cemeteries And Other Excavation Work All Year Round. The Offered Tracked Excavator Must Meet The Technical Requirements Set Out In This Request For Tender, Which Are Detailed In The Appendix Of The Request For Tender 8 May 2026 The Excavator Must Also Meet The Occupational Safety Requirements For The Driver And The Work Environment And Eu Regulations. The Last Possible Delivery Date Of The Machine Is 31 December 2026. The Winning Bid Is Determined By The Overall Economic Cost-Effectiveness Of The Tracked Excavator That Meets The Requirements. Scoring Of The Competition Is Done As Follows: - The Lowest Price Gets 50 Points And Other Prices Are Compared To The Lowest Price - Usability For Cemetery Digging Is Compared During The Bidding Period, So The Bidder Must Deliver A Machine Corresponding To His Bid (Time To Be Agreed With The Customer) To The Kappelin Cemetery For A Test Drive Lasting Two Working Days. The Points Are Accumulated From The Points Given By Three People (0 - 10 P. Each). Usability Scoring Takes Into Account The Following Issues, Which Are Detailed In Appendix 1 Of The Request For Tenders - Serviceability (Supply Of Spare Parts And Order Of Maintenance Services On Site): Spare Parts: 1-3 Working Days From Order 5 Days, 4-5 Working Days. 3 P.
