The University Of Helsinkis Property Services Oy Tenders The Annual Basic Maintenance Of The Sprinkler Systems Of The Buildings Under Its Maintenance Responsibility To The Helsinki University Group. The Maintenance Procedures For Sprinkler Systems Are Described In More Detail In Appendix 1_Service Description. The Contract Partner Can Also Be Used For Sprinkler Changes Related To Minor Space Changes, Which Are Always Ordered Separately And Where The Contract Partner Acts As A Subordinate Subcontractor Without A Separate Contract. This Procurement Does Not Apply To Extensive Renovation Or New Construction Projects Implemented On A Project-By-Project Basis, Which Are Tendered Separately. The Procurement Items Are Presented In Appendix 2_Sprinklatut_Kiinteistöt. The Appendix Can Be Updated During The Contract Period. During The Contract Period, The Amount Of Maintenance May Vary If The Properties Are Taken Out Of Use. The Customer Enters Into An Agreement With One (1) Supplier And One (1) Substitute Supplier. An Alternate Supplier Will Be Used If The Delivery Capacity Of The Selected Supplier Is Not Sufficient. If The Service Provider Subcontracts The Service, The Subcontractor Must Be Named In The Offer. The Subcontractor Is Subject To The Same Obligations And Suitability Requirements As The Bidder, Which Must Be Stated In The Bid.
