Tenders Are Invited For Framework Arrangement Of Lvv And S-Works

The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Necessary Lvv And S Works, Which Will Be Carried Out In Housing Right Homes Owned By Varsinais-Suomen Asumisoikes Oy. The Sites Are Located In Turku, Raisio, Naantali, Kaarina And Liedo. The Location Of The Work Varies Depending On The Need In Vasos Residential Properties. The Acquisition Will Be Carried Out Through A Framework Arrangement To Be Established. Individual Lvv And Electrical Work Assignments For Properties Or Apartments Will Be Procured From Suppliers Selected For The Framework Arrangement In Accordance With The Terms Of The Arrangement. The Actual Contract Period Of The Framework Arrangement Is Two (2) Years, Which Can Be Extended By Two (2) One (1) Year Option Periods. The Maximum Length Of The Contract Period Is Four (4) Years. The Framework Arrangement Consists Of Two Areas, Which Are:1. Lvv Works2. Electrical Works The Tenderer Can Submit A Tender In Either Or Both Areas Of His Choice. The Procurement Decision Is Made Separately By Sub-Area. The Number Of Orders Or The Scope Of The Work Is Not Known In Advance, So The Customer Does Not Commit To Certain Procurement Quantities During The Contract Period. The Estimated Need For Lvv And S Works Within The Scope Of The Framework Arrangement Is Between Approximately 300,000 And 700,000 Euros (Incl. Vat) Each Year. The Estimated Maximum Value Of The Contract For The Entire Framework Arrangement Period, Taking Into Account The Option Periods, Is 2,800,000 Euros (Incl. Vat). The Procurement Unit Reserves For Itself The Possibility To Separately Tender The Hvv And Electricity Contracts Of Large Projects During The Framework Contract Period From Outside The Framework Arrangement.
