The Subject Of The Procurement Is Electrical Work For The City Of Lohja, Lohjan Liikuntakeskus Oy, Lohjan Liikuntahallit Oy And Lohjan Vuokra-Asunnot Oy (Later The Client). Lohjan Vuokra-Asunnot Oy Does Not Participate In Procurement Sub-Area 3 Work Related To Fire Detectors, Fire Alarms, Security Lighting And Smoke Extraction. The Work Performed Under The Annual Contract Is Mainly Small Repair And Modification Work Performed At Hourly Rates, Which Are Usually Carried Out With The Work Input Of 1-2 Electricians. The Work Is Mainly Done Within Normal Working Hours. The Works Ordered By The City Of Lohja Are Often Timed During The Holiday Season, Especially In The Citys School And Kindergarten Sites, When Several Sites May Be Running At The Same Time. Sub-Area 1 Also Includes More Extensive Lighting Renewal Works, Which Are Mainly Carried Out During School And Kindergarten Holiday Seasons. In Sub-Area 1, The Customer Requires That The Tenderer Has Sufficient Resources To Handle Several Items At The Same Time, Which May Require An Increase In The Workforce To A Total Contribution Of Approximately Eight (8) Installers. Procurement Is Divided Into Three (3) Sub-Areas: 1. Electrical Basic Works Of Properties2. Low Current Works3. Work Related To Fire Detectors, Fire Alarms, Security Lighting And Smoke Extraction The Tenderer Can Offer For One Or More Sub-Areas. The Three (3) Framework Contract Contractors With The Most Points Will Be Selected In Priority Order For Sub-Area 1, And The Two (2) Framework Contract Contractors With The Most Points For Sub-Areas 2 And 3. A Debriefing Meeting Is Held With The Selected Contractors Before The Contract Is Signed. Contract Contractors Are Used In Order Of Priority So That Orders Are Placed Primarily From The Contractor With The Highest Score. The Length Of The Contract Period Is Two (2) Years And The Contract Can Be Extended With Two (2) One (1) Year Options. The Subscriber Decides Separately Whether To Use Both Option Years. The Customer Informs About The Exercise Of The Option No Later Than Four (4) Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. The Anticipated Total Value Of The Purchases Of The Framework Arrangement Is Approximately Eur 680,000 (Vat 0%) Per Year. This Is An Estimate, And It Does Not Bind The Customer. The Estimated Annual Value Of The Procurement Is Distributed As Follows: City Of Lohja 400,000 Euros (Vat 0%)/Year Lohjan Rental Apartments Oy 250,000 Euros (Vat 0%)/Year Lohjan Lijkutkeskus Oy/Lohjan Liikuntahallit Oy 30,000 Euros (Vat 0%)/Year The Maximum Value Of The Framework Arrangement Is 3,500,000 Euros (Vat 0%).
