The Steam Autoclave Must Be Suitable For Use In The Medium Unit And Solution Laboratory Of The Bacteriology Laboratory. The Autoclave Will Be Used In The Media Unit Of The Hus Diagnostic Center For The Sterilization Of The Media Used To Grow Bacteria And Fungi, As Well As The Liquids And Solution Tubes Of The Solution Laboratory. The Autoclave Must Have A Dry Program In Addition To The Liquid Program. The Volume Of The Autoclave Chamber Must Be At Least 400 Liters And The Autoclave Must Have Active Cooling. When Autoclaving Liquids, The Products Are Partly In Open Bottles And Tubes, So That The Cap Is On For Protection, But Not Tightly Closed. An Autoclave Is Not Used To Sterilize Completely Closed Liquids Such As Ampoules. The Volume Of The Liquid To Be Sterilized Must Remain Unchanged During Autoclaving. This Is A Total Purchase, I.E.
