The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is: Supply Of Concrete Pots With Benches For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv And Includes The Supply Of 26 (Twenty-Six) Concrete Pots With Benches, Made Of High-Strength Reinforced Concrete And Ecological Wood, Resistant To Atmospheric Influences And Suitable For Outdoor Use In Various Climatic Conditions, Meeting Modern Requirements For Resistance, Safety And Durability, Intended For Intensive Urban Use, In Accordance With The Technical Specification, As Well As With The Technical And Price Proposal Samples, Which Are An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. The Delivery Can Be Made Once Or In Parts Based On Written Requests From The Contracting Authority. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Employer And The Contractor, Are According To: The Draft Contract; The Technical Specifications Of The Contracting Authority; The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Contractor. The Estimated Value Of The Order Is €83,333.33 (Eighty-Three Thousand Three Hundred And Thirty-Three Euros And 33 Euro Cents) Without Vat (Bgn 162,985.83) Or €100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Euros) Including Vat (Bgn 195,583.00). The Total Value Of The Contract Is A Maximum And Includes All Payments To The Future Contractor. The Funds Will Be Provided From The Budget Of The Op Gardens And Parks - Plovdiv. The Procedure Is Opened Under The Conditions Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code, I.E. As Of The Opening Date Of This Public Procurement, No Funding Has Been Secured. The Execution Of The Contract Begins After Confirmation By The Contracting Authority Of Secured Financing And Presentation By The Contractor Of The Specified Performance Guarantee. The Delivery(S) Will Be Made To The Administrative Address Of Op Gardens And Parks: City Of Plovdiv, Str. Dame Gruev No. 64A Or To A Pre-Specified Site Within The City. The Term Of Execution Of The Contract Is 3 (Three) Months, Counted From The Date Of Commencement Of Execution, Or Until The Total Quantity Of 26 (Twenty-Six) Concrete Pots With Benches Is Reached, Whichever Occurs First.
