The Contractor Performs Consulting Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zut, And More Specifically Construction Supervision (Sn) Until The Construction Is Put Into Operation, Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In Article 168 Of The Zut, Namely: Lawful Commencement Of Construction; Carrying Out Control Regarding The Completeness And Correct Drafting Of The Acts And Protocols During Construction; Control Regarding Compliance With The Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In Construction; Preventing Damage To Third Parties And Property As A Result Of The Construction. The Subject Scope Of The Public Procurement Also Includes The Following Activities: Compilation Of A Technical Passport Of The Construction, For Which Construction Supervision Was Exercised During Construction; Final Report To The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 168, Para. 6 Of Zut, After Completion Of The Construction And Assembly Works For The Site, For Which The Contractor Exercised Construction Supervision During Construction.
