Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of A Contractor To Control The Population Of Stray Animals On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Pomorie, Accommodation In A Shelter And Provision Of Veterinary Medical Services At The Shelter, Including Activities In Accordance With The Requirements Of Article 133, Paragraph 2, Item 4 Of The Zvmd, As Well As Rescuing All Distressed Birds, Wild And Domestic Animals And Handing Them Over To The Relevant Competent Authorities
The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Selection Of A Contractor To Control The Population Of Stray Animals On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Pomorie, Placement In A Shelter And Provision Of Veterinary Medical Services At The Shelter, Including Activities In Accordance With The Requirements Of Article 133, Paragraph 2, Item 4 Of The Civil Code, As Well As Rescuing All Distressed Birds, Wild And Domestic Animals And Handing Them Over To The Relevant Competent Authorities. The Activities That Will Be Carried Out In Connection With The Subject Of This Public Procurement Are: Provision Of 24-Hour Duty During The Entire Term Of The Contract, Capture Of Stray Animals, Provision Of Veterinary Medical Care For Captured Stray Animals Including Initial And Periodic Medical Examinations Of Newly Admitted Animals In The Shelter For Stray Animals, Internal And External Deworming Of Stray Animals, Vaccination Of Dogs Against Rabies, Castration Of Dogs And Cats, Identification, Which Includes Placement Of A Microchip And Ear Tag For Dogs And Corresponding Tattoo And V-Shaped Ear Docking For Cats, Euthanasia According To Art. 179, Para. 3 Of The Zvmd And Art. 45, Item 8 Of The Ppe, Controlling And Leading The Team For Catching Stray Animals, Providing Supplies And Food For The Stray Animals, Taking Measures To Prevent The Spread Of Dangerous Infectious Diseases, The Sources Of Which Are Carcasses Of Wild And Domestic Animals And Birds On The Territory Of Pomorie Municipality, Collecting And Burying Carcasses Of Birds, Fish, Wild And Domestic Animals And Subsequent Disinfection Of The Areas, According To The Requirements Of Art. 133, Paragraph 2, Item 4 Of The Zvmd, Saving All Birds, Wild And Domestic Animals In Distress And Handing Them Over To The Relevant Competent Authorities.
