Tenders Are Invited For Rehabilitation And Completion Of The Gravity Water Supply From The Sarnitsa Catchments To The Sarnitsa Station And To The Karamantsi Station On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Mineralni Bani, Stage I Rehabilitation Of The Gravity Water Supply From The Sarnitsa Catchments To The Sarnitsa Station
In Fulfillment Of The Construction Contract, The Contractor Is Expected To Carry Out The Following Activities: Update Of The Developed Safety And Health Plan (Shp); Legal, Quality And Timely Implementation And Completion Of The Construction, Including The Supply Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And The Investment Project, According To The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, All Other Valid Regulatory Documents And The Contract For The Execution Of The Public Procurement; Obtaining All Necessary Opinions And Permits Necessary To Carry Out His Work, According To Bulgarian Legislation; Timely Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 163, Para. 2, Item 3 Of The Zut; Storage And Provision Upon Request By The Other Participants In The Construction Or By A Control Authority Of The Construction Documents, The Order Book Of The Construction Under Art. 170, Para. 3 Of The Zut, The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction, And Other Technical Documentation On The Implementation Of The Construction; Preparation Of Executive Documentation According To Art. 175 Of The Law On Territorial Planning And Cadastral Surveys Of The Construction In The Scope Necessary To Fulfill The Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Arising From Art. 54A, Para. 2 Of The Law On Cadastre And Land Registry; Samples And Tests On Completion Of Construction And Installation Work Where Necessary; Assistance In Organizing And Conducting The Necessary 72-Hour Tests Under Operational Conditions; Removal Of All Detected Defects Within The Warranty Period; Warranty Service Until The Warranty Period Expires; Fulfillment Of The Administrative Requirements According To The Applicable Legislation And Agreement No. Rd-02-30-773/26.04.2024, Concluded Between The Municipality Of Mineralni Bani And The Ministry Of Regional Development And Public Works
