A Building Permit Has Not Been Issued For The Site And One Will Not Be Required, As It Is Planned To Carry Out Current Repair Works, According To Art. 151, Para. 1 Of The Zut, In Connection With Dr §5, Item 43 Of The Zut. The Full Scope And Comprehensive Listing Of The Activities To Be Performed By The Contractor Are Specified In The Technical Specification And Approved Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Procurement Documentation.
