The Subject Of The Order Is The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Project Introduction Of Energy Efficiency Measures In Kryva Bara City Hall, Kozloduy Municipality, Which Includes The Execution Of All Construction And Assembly Works, According To The Approved Technical Project And Quantity-Value Accounts By Parts: Architecture, Structural, Electrical, Hvac, Fire Safety, Energy Efficiency. Total Area Of ​​The Building - 1002.30 Sq.M. According To The Characteristics, Importance, Complexity And Risks During Exploitation, Specified In Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 5, Letter A Of The Territorial Planning Act And Art. 10, Para. 1, Item 4 Of Ordinance No. 1/30.07.2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types, The Construction Is V (Fifth) Category. The Planned Activities Are As Follows: 1. Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction Until Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Construction - Subject Of The Order Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut, The Bylaws On Its Implementation And Other Relevant Normative Documents; 2. Fulfilling The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator According To The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Assembly Works, Incl. Fulfillment Of All Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Provided For In The Mentioned Ordinance; 3. Preparation Of The Final Construction Report, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut And §3 Of The Dr Of Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 On Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites; 4. Management Of The Commissioning Processes Of The Construction Until The Issuance Of The Commissioning Certificate; 5. Management Of The Processes For Removing Construction Defects Within The Warranty Periods According To Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites; 6. Fulfillment Of The Administrative Requirements According To The Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Must Perform The Tasks Arising From His Duties As A Construction Supervisor Through The Legally Competent Individuals Specified In The Certified List Of The Team Of Legally Competent Individuals Through Whom The Activity Is Carried Out - An Integral Part Of The Certificate Issued To The Contractor For The Exercise Of The Activities Under Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 According To Art. 166 Par. 2 Of The Zut. The Contract For Awarding The Public Contract Will Be Concluded Under The Terms Of Art. 114 Of The Law On Public Procurement.
