Sdf Purchases Small-Scale Specialist Housing Facilities (Ksw) On Behalf Of The 18 Frisian Municipalities. The Ksw Are Part Of The Transformation In Youth Care, In Which We Strive For A System In Which Young People Can Grow Up At Home As Much As Possible, Attend Regular Education And Actively Participate In Society. In The Current Facilities In Friesland, We Are Unable To Organize Appropriate Care For Some Young People. As A Result, Young People With Very Complex Needs Are Often Transferred, Which Is Harmful To The Young Persons Further Development. The Ksw Is A Treatment Residential Facility, Where Very Intensive Guidance Is Offered. The Principles Of This At Home, Normalization, Integrated Help And Recovery-Oriented Work Are Aligned.
