The Assignment Includes A Total Of Approximately 13,472 M² Gfa Of New Construction - Kc Dronten Approx. 6,572 M² Gfa (Education And Childcare Approx. 5,458 M² And Sports Hall With Two Hall Parts Approx. 1,114 M²) And Kc Swifterbant Approx. 6,900 M² Gfa (Education And Childcare Approx. 3,600 M² And Gym/Sports Facilities Approx. 3,300 M²), Including The Associated Schoolyards And Outdoor Areas.
