Relieving The Worries Regarding Delivery 3. Logistics And Operational Services 4. Professional Knowledge And Advice The Contracting Authority Is The Netherlands Institute For Public Safety (Hereinafter Nipv). The Nipv Is Awarding This Contract On Behalf Of The Safety Regions And Other Organizations Participating In The Current Tender Procedure (See Descriptive Document).
