Tenders Are Invited For European Public Procurement Procedure Integral Partner For Motorized Business Mobility (Vehicles) For The Municipality Of Venlo
The Client Is Looking For A Partner Who (Possibly Together With One (Or More) Subcontractor(S)/Collaborating Party) Has Experience In Advising On And Supplying Vehicles That Are In Use By The Client And/Or Require Additional Delivery. If Desired (To Be Determined Per Further Assignment), This Partner Must Also Be Able To Provide Services Such As Maintenance, Etc. This Partner Advises And Facilitates Various Forms Of Mobility With Motorized Vehicles, Whereby A Choice Can Be Made Per Issue For Lease, Purchase Or Hybrid Constructions With (And If Desired Without) Associated Services And Care (This Will Be Further Described Per Further Assignment). In Any Case, Approximately 8 Lease Cars Will Be Purchased During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. In Addition, A Number Of Cars Will Also Be Purchased. Furthermore, The Purchase May Relate To Different Constructions, Types And Implementation Variants, Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Total Value Of The Agreement Amounts To A Maximum Of €4,000,000 (4 Million Euros) Excluding Vat. This Amount Applies As A Ceiling Amount For The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement, Including Any Extensions. The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Rights From The Framework Agreement Insofar As The Actual Purchase Is Lower Than This Amount.
