Contracting Authority Is Looking For A Supplier To Supply Printing And Related Materials For Elections And Tax Purposes. The Contractor Prints And Covers The Clients Printed Matter And Ensures That These Documents Are Delivered To The Postal Supplier (Currently Postnl) On Time For Further Delivery To Recipients. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Is € 145,000 Per Year. For A Term Of Six (6) Years Of The Framework Agreement, This Amounts To € 870,000. Tenderers Cannot Derive Any Rights From This. Because The Agreement Is A Framework Agreement According To The Public Procurement Act, It Is Concluded With A Maximum Value Of 150% Of The Stated Amount Excluding Indexation. This Prevents The Estimated Value From Being Exceeded Before The Term Of The Agreement Ends.
