The Estimated Value Of The Contract Is € 145,000 Per Year. For A Term Of Six (6) Years Of The Framework Agreement, This Amounts To € 870,000. Tenderers Cannot Derive Any Rights From This. Because The Agreement Is A Framework Agreement According To The Public Procurement Act, It Is Concluded With A Maximum Value Of 150% Of The Stated Amount Excluding Indexation.
