The Contracting Authority Issues A European Public Tender To Select One Contractor For Integrated Fleet Management, Including Lease Mediation. The Contractor Acts As A Central Point Of Contact And Is Responsible For Both Organizing Lease Applications And Fully Managing The Fleet. The Assignment Includes Two Main Parts: Setting Out And Handling Applications For (Mainly Electric) Lease Cars; The Integral Management Of The Fleet, Including Maintenance, Insurance, Administration, Claims Handling And Advice. The Aim Of The Assignment Is To Realize One Integrated Solution That Will Provide Portbase With Maximum Relief, Reduce Administrative Burdens And Organize The Fleet Sustainably And Efficiently, With An Emphasis On Further Electrification And Compliance With The Mobility Policy. The Contract Will Be Awarded In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With One Contractor. Total Value Of Framework Agreement: Eur 2,900,000
