The Assignment Includes Advice And Realization (Contractor) Of The Renovation (Approx. 1,000 M² Gla) And New Construction Project (Approx. 3,000 M² Gfa) Of The Capelle Aan Den Ijssel District Office, Including 75 Parking Spaces On The 3,500 M² Site, Involving A Construction Team As A Construction Organization Form. Based On That Do, The Selected Candidates Submit Their Tenders In The Registration Phase. The Construction Team Contractor Contracted On The Basis Of The Final Design (Do) Sits At The Table As An Advisor During The Design Work (By Previously Contracted Total Engineer And Consulting Engineers) When Developing The Do And Specifications. This Contractor Is Then Given The Exclusive Right, Within The Context Of The Offer, To Be The First And Only One To Make An Offer Based On The Specifications. Optionally, The Development Of The Implementation Design (Uo) Can Be Assigned To The Contractor.
