P+R Kralingse Zoom Is A Parking Facility Along The A16, Consisting Of A Parking Space At Ground Level And A Parking Garage. The Purpose Of The Parking Facility Is To Keep Motorists Out Of The City Center By Offering A Parking Space On The Edge Of The City In Combination With A Good Public Transport Connection To The Center At An Attractive Rate. The Current Kralingse Zoom Parking Garage Consists Of 7 Floors, Including 2 Smaller Void Floors And 5 Full Floors. During The Design And Construction Of The Parking Garage (Phase 1), A Possible Vertical Expansion In The Future (Phase 2) Has Already Been Taken Into Account. This European Non-Public Tender Concerns The Above-Mentioned Phase 2: Expanding / Adding 3 Floors.
