The Main Target Group For Project-Based Nature Accounts Are Businesses And Developers Who Are Planning A Major Initiative That Affects Nature, But Also Consulting Companies That Take On Research Assignments For Such Developments. The Norwegian Environment Agency Does Not Develop Methods For Project-Based Nature Accounting, But The Guidance Will Be An Overall Framework To Ensure High Professional Quality, Ensure Good Links To Other Management Processes And Connection With Nature Accounting At The Second Level. The Purpose Of This Assignment Is To Establish A Reference Group That Will Contribute With Professional Input, Experience-Based Knowledge And Quality Assurance In The Development Of The Norwegian Environment Agencys Guidance For Project-Based Nature Accounts. The Reference Group Shall Contribute To The Guidance On Project-Based Nature Accounts Providing An Administrative Framework That Clarifies The Purpose, Requirements And Use Of Nature Accounts In Development Projects. The Reference Group Will Consist Of Approximately 5 People. As The Spread Of Expertise And Experience In The Reference Group Is A Goal, We Want The Group To Consist Of Several Suppliers.
