This Request For Proposals Is Issued By Bc Hydro To Obtain Proposals From Parties With The Ability To Deliver An Operational Weather Forecasting Data Services Solution (The “Solution”) That Offers High Forecast Quality And Operational Reliability And Enables Modular Evolution Of The System.
