General Consulting Engineering Services . The Intent Of This Project Is To Provide Project Engineering And Technical Services To Support The Operations And Maintenance Program Of Water Infrastructure And Operations Branch (Wiob) - Southern Operations (So). Wiob Relies On The Advice And Technical Services Provided By Subject Matter Experts For The Completion Of Non-Capital Maintenance Projects. This Contract Seeks To Have In Place A Consultant Which Can Fill The Roles Required For Assessment, Design, Site Inspection And Quality Assurance & Control For Various Projects Completed Via The Operational Maintenance Program.
