The Order Includes:I. Constructing A Building.1. Constructing A Building2. Appointment Of A Construction Manager And, If Necessary, Also Work Managers In A Given Specialty, And The Construction Manager/Work Managers Taking Actions Resulting From The Construction Law (Including Maintaining Full Construction Documentation, Surveying Services / Marking Out The Facility In The Field, Etc.),3. Applying On Behalf Of The Investor For The Issuance Of A Construction Log To The Architectural And Construction Administration Authority, 4. Notification On Behalf Of The Investor To The Construction Supervision Authority And The Designer Supervising The Compliance Of The Construction With The Project About The Intended Date Of Commencement Of Construction Works,5. Protocol Takeover Of The Construction Site,6. Development Of Executive Designs For Selected Industries (If Necessary - At The Contractors Discretion). The Ordering Party Has A Construction Design And A Multi-Sector Technical Design. If The Contractor Decides That The Level Of Detail Of The Information Contained In The Designs Provided By The Ordering Party Is Insufficient To Implement The Investment, The Contractor Will Develop, On Its Own, Executive Designs For Individual Industries Selected By It. The Executive Designs Should Be Developed By Persons With Unlimited Construction Qualifications In A Given Specialty, Corresponding To The Scope Of A Given Industry (Including Membership In The Chamber Of Professional Self-Government / Current Fee). In The Event Of Preparing Any Study, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Design Documentation In Paper Version - 2 Copies And Electronic Version, Files In The Following Formats: .Dwg (Autocad 2000 Version), .Doc, .Pdf.7. Obtaining Acceptance Of Possible Implementation Designs By The Ordering Party,8. Execution Of Construction And Installation Works Covered By The Design Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party,9. Conducting All Necessary Acceptance Works Together With Providing Appropriate Test And Inspection Protocols (Acceptance Protocols),10. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Including As-Built Geodetic Inventory (Map Including As-Built Geodetic Measurements, Etc.),11. Submitting An Application On Behalf Of The Investor To The Office Of Technical Inspection Regarding The Issuance Of A Decision Authorizing The Operation Of Technical Devices,12. Notification On Behalf Of The Investor, In Accordance With The Jurisdiction Of The State Sanitary Inspectorate And The State Fire Service, About The Completion Of The Construction Of The Building And The Intention To Use It,13. Submitting Applications On Behalf Of The Investor To Authorities/Institutions In Matters Other Than Those Mentioned Above In Order To Carry Out Inspections Or Tests Necessary To Obtain Decisions, Resolutions Or Protocols Necessary To Obtain An Occupancy Permit (E.G.
