Subject Matter Of The Order A) The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Replacement Of The Water And Sewage System Together With The Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Facilities In The Castle - The Headquarters Of The Dps - Stage I, B) The Task Was Divided Into Stages For Organizational Reasons Of The Functioning Of The Dps, C) The Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures The Continuity Of The Facilitys Operation, D) The Entire Scope Of The Investment Was Issued: - Decision Building Permit No. 741/2024 Of December 23, 2024 - Permit Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Opole No. 1165/N/2024 And No. 128/N/2026 Of February 9, 2026, E) The Scope Of Work Covered By Stage I Should Be Considered In Connection With The Entire Construction Design And Technical Design (All Industries) For Which A Building Permit Was Issued, F) When Entering The Tender, The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Himself With The Conservation Guidelines For The Replacement Of Windows In Sanitary Facilities. These Guidelines Are In The Possession Of The Investor. Approval Of The Designed Joinery By The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Opole Is Required.2. Scope Of The Order A) The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: - Replacement Of Water And Sewage Installation Risers (In Existing Routes), - Dismantling Of The Existing Installation, - Reconstruction Of Sanitary Facilities, - Construction Of Electrical, Lighting And Signaling Installations, - Construction Of Part Of The Gray Water Installation - Section Of The Sanitary Sewage Network, - Execution Of Necessary Temporary Connections (Bypasses).3. Conditions Of Order Execution A) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure: - Continuity Of Water Supply, - Continuity Of Sewage Collection In The Used Part, B) Carrying Out Works Due To The Historic Nature Of The Facility, With Particular Caution, C) Construction And Installation Elements That Have Not Been Inventoried May Occur During The Implementation - The Contractor Is Obliged To Take This Risk Into Account, D) Works Within The Historic Park Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures Continuity Of Sewage Outflow And Without Damaging The Existing Greenery.4. Requirements Regarding Materials And Arrangements A) All Materials And Devices Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party And The Designer, B) The Use Of Equivalent Materials Is Allowed, Subject To The Approval Of The Ordering Party And The Designer, C) Replacement Of Window Joinery Requires Consultation With The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Opole, 5.
